EU's Online MBA is a complete program that covers both the traditional and most up-to-date areas in international business. It starts in October and takes one year to complete. It consists of three terms which begin in October, January and March respectively.
One of the great advantages of an Online MBA program is that students learn how to work in a team on an international level. These skills
will allow them to immediately incorporate into a large-scale, multi-national corporation or an internationalized small and medium enterprise.
Though most of the term is done online, students will have one "on campus" week per term at each of the EU main campuses. Students will get a chance to meet their faculty in person, participate in seminars, campus visits, industrial visits and additional academic activities on site.
The on campus week is mandatory, and will take place in Munich at the end of the first term in December, Barcelona at the end of the second in March and Geneva at the end of the third in May.
The reason I went to EU was because of its small class sizes and it was all international students. There were many students from the Middle East, from Asia, South America, and I think that having that wide-range of backgrounds is something that I later found extremely helpful when working in an international environment.
Networking opportunities at EU are fantastic. You meet such good people - people that are extremely intelligent and have great potential in the business world. We now do business with our former classmates and our professors have gone on to become consultants for us.
We established a great working culture and will remain in touch for many years to come.
Being in charge of corporate finances is like being a pilot in a cockpit at 30,000 feet. You have to make quick decisions. EU taught me how to do that.
The entrepreneurial environment at EU is fantastic. A lot of the lecturers actually own their own businesses, so when they give you assignments, you really feel the need to do it as if it were real life.
At EU, being in a multicultural environment with different people from around the world was especially useful, as that reflects the reality of workplaces nowadays.
I always say that the experience at EU Business School has taught me independence. I've made friends from around the world and we've shared this amazing experience of living abroad and learning about new cultures and stories together.
Discovering different cultures, seeing how the world's leading organizations operate and having a new perspective about today's business world are valuable experiences that the study tour offers to its participants.
We had contact with managers from the biggest companies in Spain and worldwide, the hands-on knowledge and the contacts I made are still useful to me today. I don't think I would have had that with any other school.
Career services helped me prepare my CV and cover letter in a German format in a professional way. And it didn't stop there, I also got guidance on how to network and look for further opportunities within my workplace.
At EU, I found intellectually stimulating discussions, international colleagues, networking opportunities and relevant courses that bridge business theory and practice. After my MBA, I felt I could immediately apply the knowledge and skills I had acquired to my work.
EU broadened my mindset and set me on the right path to building my own business. The entrepreneurial spirit at EU is strong, and the international student crowd builds a solid foundation for lasting alumni relationships.
The EU online experience has been fabulous. I've been really open about my feelings about how responsive the staff has been. How caring and considerate they are around our experiences. The technology is amazing - how it can enable me to tap into a seminar, see the recording and my classmates' comments if I can't attend it live.
