On this course you will have the opportunity to develop practical, methodological and analytical skills for biomedical research, and toexplore current international research in haematology and transfusion science. The course has a high laboratory-based practical component where students can apply theoretical knowledge to practical experimentation. You will also have the chance to be involved in internationally recognised research during your individual research projects.
This course is run in collaboration with the National Health Service Blood & Transplant (NHSBT) Service at Colindale, allowing us to offer a range of expert teaching centred on the most up-to-date practice in haematology and transfusion science, a rapidly evolving specialism of biomedical science.
