Finance for non-financials portfolio

In the Finance for non-financials portolio, this programme represents M1- level 1, meaning that it gives the foundations in financial statement analysis and that no prior knowledge is required on this subject.


Objectives

This training aims at providing the foundations in finance and accounting in order to become conversant with financial statements and thus better understand how business decision outcomes are reflected in the company's financial report. Participants will also learn how to go beyond accounting figures to assess financial performance.

 

Duration

The programme is composed of 3 full days. Classes start at 9h15 and finish at 17h30.

Tuition fees

1 module taken as stand-alone course: 1.800 € (if 3 days) / 1.200 € (if 2 days). If you take at least 3 modules: 10% discount. If you take the 5 modules: 15% discount.21% VAT is added to the total amount.

  • understand balance sheets and income statements of a company

  • build your financial plan and cash-flow statement
  • prepare and interpret a cash budget
  • explain how a profitable company can go bust
